Where Are Classes Held?
Our on-site class is located in midtown Manhattan in New York City at a state of the art conference center. All instructions and directions will be provided by confirmation email when you register.
When is the Next On-site Class?

When Should I Register?
Early registration is recommended to save a spot in the class date of your choice. Class space is limited, and it does fill up quickly. Registration is on a first come first served basis.
What Are the Requirements?
Students must be 18yrs of age or older and have a valid passport or photo ID. Students do not need a social security card to register for classes.
What is the Cost of the NCS Master Class and How Does Payment Work?
The total cost of the class is $550 payable by cc or debit card for both the onsite and online course. The tuition includes your Newborn care training, certification, CPR, resources and materials. Onsite students will receive their certificate on the day of class. Students have the option to pay in full at time of registration or pay in two installments of $295. If you choose to pay installments, the first payment is due at time of registration and the 2nd will be charged to the same card one week prior to the class date. Online students must pay in full at time of registration.
What is the Difference Between the Online and Onsite Course?
Our online and onsite programs are exactly the same and include the same training, information, and certification. The online course can be taken at anytime and from anywhere throughout the US and internationally. You will have up to 10 days to complete the online course at your own pace and can log-in and out around your work and family schedule.
The online training is multi-media and video based instruction. Students can also communicate directly with an instructor for any questions. Online students will be able to print a temporary certificate upon completion and the official certificate will be shipped.
Is There a Difference Between a Baby Nurse and a Newborn Care Specialist?
NO. There is no difference, it is the exact same course. Newborn Care Specialists are often referred to as a baby nurses in the industry, however this is not a medical course and does not require you to have nursing experience.
Who Should Take the NCS Master Class?
Anyone who will care for babies or has an interest in working with infants including those who work as a baby nurse or nanny or any other caregiver.
How Long is the Program?
The onsite class is one day intensive from 9am-5pm. It is jam packed with information and students can immediately begin to use their skills and certificate for work purposes as needed. Online students can go at their own pace and have up to 10 days to complete the course, if more time is needed.
Is CPR Included?
Yes, Infant CPR is included. If you are already CPR certified, you are still required to stay for the small CPR portion and it will be a refresher for you.
Do You Offer Job Placement Assistance?
We are a leading and reputable child care training organization who many families and agencies respect. We do have a placement division and while we cannot guarantee employment for each one of our students, since that is totally up to the families who interview and hire them, we know the value that our training and certification will bring to your career. Information on finding work in this industry and professionalism is covered in the course.
Why is the Training So Expensive?
The training skills, information, guidance, advice, instructors and certification that you will receive in ICT’s Master classes are invaluable. If you are serious, you will find it to be a small investment into your career and future. In addition, caregivers who work in this industry earn between $250-500 per day on average. We welcome new and experienced caregivers each month who benefit from the value provided in our programs.

We also offer a class for new and expecting parents, and an Exciting Instructor Training & Certification Program for those who are interested in teaching caregivers and parents how to properly care for their newborns.
