Is this business training online or in-person? The Agency Business Program is available to students Nationwide. The 7-week program includes both online and live weekly zoom sessions. You will be able to ask questions and speak directly with the agency expert. The live weekly zoom sessions are typically held on a Thursday based on availability of the group.

Our in-house Nanny Agency Business Expert is a passionate leader in the industry with over 20 years of childcare experience, childcare education and agency management. This is only available for those who have successfully completed the Agency Blueprint Program.
How often is the Agency Business Program given? ICT Academy offers the agency training and coaching program 3x per year. It is a very selective program for those who are serious about building their agency business. The next available program will be held in March 2024.
What's the return policy? Given the exclusive and specialized nature of this business training and coaching program, all sales are final, and there are no refunds.
What are the requirements to apply and register? This program is best suited for those who have some childcare or healthcare experience and familiarity with the importance of quality care. Those on the waitlist will have the opportunity to apply for consideration and will receive feedback as to whether or not this program may be a good fit for your goals.
