How much does the training cost?
The In-Person Newborn Care Specialist Training Workshop is $1997 and includes Live Group Training, Interactive Activities, Newborn Master Certificate, Infant CPR and Baby Sleep Training Certificate. Payment Plans are available if you are unable to pay in full. You can view payment options on our Registration Page.
How long is the In-Person Class?
The In-Person Program is an accelerated training that takes place in one-intensive day from 9:30am-5:30pm. Class size is limited to ensure each student receives support during the training. If you would like to take more time going through the training, you can take the online course which is self paced.
What are the requirements to register?
We require that our students be at least 18 years of age or older and have a valid photo ID document such as a passport or State ID - something that can verify your name and identity.
Is this training valid where I live?
Yes, ICT Academy | Infant Care Training is a Nationwide Childcare Educational Organization in the nanny, newborn care / baby nurse, and childcare career training since 2008. You can use your training throughout the USA and various countries worldwide.
What is the difference between the online course and the in-person training?
Great question! Both programs are great and have their advantages. The online course allows you more time to go through the training and submit your activities online for instructor review. The in-person training provides an immersive experience with face-to-face interaction and real-time feedback. The various factors and expense that go into hosting the in-person workshop contribute to the higher cost of the program compared to the online course.
How often is the In-Person Class offered?
The In-Person Course is currently only offered a few times per year. It is an exclusive opportunity for a select group of students. The next available training is being held on Saturday, May 18th. At this time, we do not currently have a date for the next available class after this. If you cannot make it for the May 18th date, we invite you to join our online course or email us to have your name placed on the waiting list to be notified of the next available in-person training.
When will I receive my certificate package?
You will receive your official certificate package at the end of the day after your testing. If you do not pass the test, an instructor will offer remediation and allow you to retake the test.
