Is this certification recognized?
Yes. For nearly 20 years, ICT Academy certifications are widely recognized and trusted by families and agencies nationwide.​​

How is the in-person class different from the online program?
Both programs lead to the same respected Newborn Care Specialist Certification. The in-person class is an accelerated, instructor-led masterclass delivered in an engaging format with live demonstrations, hands-on practice, and real-time feedback. Because of the structured environment and direct guidance, students are able to complete the full certification training in one focused day.

​Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. You can pay in full or choose 4 bi-weekly payments of $550.
All payments must be completed before the class date.​

Do I need prior newborn care experience?
No. Prior experience is not required.
​
What are the requirements to attend?
You must be at least 18+ with photo ID to verify name. Because seating is limited, you must register and make a payment to reserve your spot.

Do you help with jobs?
While we are not a placement agency, you’ll receive career guidance and resources to help you pursue newborn care opportunities. Graduates can also join our Newborn Care Club for continued career support, job announcements, and a listing in our Newborn Care Directory.
