Is this caregiver certification?

No. This is a business accelerator and agency operator certification.
NABA prepares you to own and operate a professional nanny or newborn care placement agency, not work as a caregiver.

How much time is required each week?

Plan for 2–4 hours per week. The program is structured with weekly modules and action steps, but you can complete them on your own schedule within each week.

Is this for nanny placement and newborn care placement?

Yes. The systems and training apply to both nanny and newborn care placement services, allowing you to offer one or both based on your goals.

Is support included?

Yes. Students receive guided instruction and expert review within the program. Additional 1:1 coaching, mentorship, and business services are available separately for those who want deeper, hands-on support.

Is certification included?

Yes. Upon successful completion of the program, students receive an Agency Operator Certification from ICT Academy, recognizing their readiness to operate a professional nanny or newborn care placement agency.
