How does the online program work?
Our online Newborn Care Specialist Certification is flexible, engaging, and designed to fit your schedule. After registering, you’ll receive a student kit in the mail with hands-on materials to use alongside your training videos.
You can access the course anytime from any device and move through the video modules at your own pace. Short knowledge checks and practical activities help reinforce your learning along the way and is easy to follow along.
Our instructor team will personally review your work and mail your official certificate package to your home upon completion.
How long do I have to finish the course?
You’ll have 30 days to complete the program — but some students finish within a few days or weeks. You can log in anytime, day or night, and work on your own schedule.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! You can choose from monthly payment options or flexible financing through Klarna or Afterpay. Students on payment plans receive access to modules as payments are made.

Are there any requirements to enroll?
Anyone 18 or older can enroll — no prior experience needed. Just submit a valid photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) during registration to verify your identity and legal name. This program is perfect for nannies, doulas, caregivers, or anyone ready to grow their career with babies.
Will I receive a certification?
Yes! Once you complete all modules, practical activities, learning assessments and your work is reviewed and approved by our expert instructor team, you’ll receive:
