No. This is not a nanny, newborn care, or caregiver certification program. This is a professional business accelerator that awards graduates the Certified Nanny Agency Operator (CNAO) credential — recognizing you as a trained placement agency owner and operator.
Do I need prior agency experience?
No agency experience is required. This program is designed for care professionals, nannies, newborn care specialists, baby nurses and career-minded individuals who want to turn their experience into a placement business.
Is this for nanny placement and newborn care placement?
Yes. The Nanny Agency Business Accelerator teaches you how to operate a professional placement agency for both nannies and newborn care specialists. You can choose to focus on one or offer both.
How much time is required each week?
Plan for approximately 2–4 hours per week. Each week includes a guided training module, clear action steps, the option to submit questions for support. You can log-in at your convenience and complete the program around your current job or commitments.
Is there ongoing support after the program?
Yes. Graduates remain part of ICT Academy’s professional community and can reach out for guidance, recommendations, and clarification as they grow their agency. The next NABA session begins February 2nd. The program follows a guided 4-week format, with new content released each week. Once enrolled, you can move through the training at your own pace.
